Norris, TN – October 1st, 2020 – CPS is pleased to announce the hiring of concrete polishing contractors, Rodney Overton and Dewayne Curry for Sales and Technical Support representatives. Overton will manage the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast territories while Curry will manage the Central West, Central East, and Northeast territories. Both are joining CPS as it enters its 16thyear as a leader in propane and electric equipment for concrete grinding and polishing.
Overton and Curry have over three years each, working directly in the concrete polishing industry and have extensive knowledge of CPS floor grinding equipment and diamond tooling as well as other floor grinding manufactures’ products. Over the years, they moved up the ranks at a national concrete polishing company from Machine Operator to Crew Leader and finished out their contractor careers as Project Managers where they specialized in overseeing concrete polishing crews and the entire scope of concrete polishing projects.
Both will be responsible for sales and technical support for their respective territories, focusing on supporting contractors, helping them grow their businesses with their extensive knowledge of the decorative concrete market, floor grinding and polishing equipment, chemicals, and diamond tooling. “Both Rodney and Dewayne have great attitudes that complement their knowledge of polished concrete, and more importantly, of CPS equipment and diamond tooling.
