Concrete Polishing Solutions holds multiple training courses specifically in regards to concrete polishing equipment, diamond tooling and concrete chemicals currently available in the industry, the use of such products or machines, potential problems which may be encountered and possible solutions.

Concrete Polishing Solutions wishes to protect itself, its employees, agents, principals, officers, directors, and sub-contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses, which may arise from such a training course.

You and all attending parties agree as follows:
1. Participant, its employees or associates hereby waive any claim or right against Concrete Polishing Solutions its employees, agents,principals, officers, for any injury, damage, expense, or
loss, etc. arising out of or in any way involving the training course, including the operation of machinery by anyone, and agree to hold harmless Concrete Polishing Solutions and its employees, agents, principals,officers, directors, and subcontractors from any such liability.

2. Concrete Polishing Solutions through its employees, agents, principals, officers, directors, and subcontractors may make statements,suggestions, explanations, etc. on the use of machines, these statements are made in good faith, but Concrete Polishing Solutions is not responsible for any consequences, damages, costs or expenses incurred if these are incorrect, misleading, misunderstood,or incomplete. It is completely up to the participants that use and application is made of these machines, products, suggestions,statements, explanations, and under what circumstances they are utilized.

3. Participant, its employees or associates shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of the machine and products and all applications and uses of the machine and products.
